We didn't eat at the facility. The location is close to family and close to the interstate. Close to food outlets and gas stations The front desk staff, she's very friendly and have a warm spirit.

I like that I was only 10 mins away from LSU; so I was able to get my son back in forth with ease. From checking in to checking out.. The staff was great and friendly. I did not have to tell the staff I needed housekeeping, they knew that. My last hotel.. I had to tell them -_- One day I didnt want it, just fresh towels but I had valuable things scattered (wash clothes) and I told the new guy.. he was like no worries, put your towels out and you will have fresh towels after the game! I told that young man to never change. Customer Service is lacking everywhere and we need more people like him and this staff. Loved the cook and the breakfast.. for the price, you cant beat it. Booking may not have them listed as 5 stars but my son and I were treated like 5 stars.

I booked and paid for a room on booking.com and when I tried checking in they said it was declined. I had to call booking right in front of Sam the front desk guy and booking said it would be posted within the hour since I had just booked it. He asked Sam if he could issue me the room and guarantee it would post like all other reservations do. Sam said let me go ask my manager and never came back. We stood there for over an hour until we ask this younger guy to check it and he said it went thru fine. We got keys to a room 23, there was no room 23 on the unit so I guess they had a good laugh watching us try to find it and finally gave me room 26 keys. We were in town visiting my mother on life support and had drove 5 hours and had a really hard day to have to deal with this crappy hotel after was not cool.
